I have long been an advocate of highlighting the importance of focusing on how we eat, rather than just what we eat, and how it can impact various aspects of our lives.
The course is centred around three pillars: Confidence & curiosity, Informed learning, and Self-coaching.
These pillars will help you to develop a healthier relationship with food, make informed choices, and challenge limiting thoughts.
